Gradient Biomodeling, LLC has developed a versatile computational platform for modeling of biomolecular interactions and pathways.
Applications of our technology include drug discovery and design, repositioning of therapeutic compounds, small-molecule diagnostics, chemical genetics, biomarker identification, etc.
The distinguishing components of our innovative approach are:
Metric Modeling:
The ability to measure object similarities is essential for any data interpretation. We use adaptive machine-learning algorithms with fuzzy decision-making protocols for predictive Metric Modeling with rigorous bio-molecular similarity measures.
Quantum Representation of Molecular Structures:
Chemical structure alone does not provide adequate description of molecular interactions, which are quantum in nature. We have developed proprietary, rigorous, easily computable Quantum Representation of molecules.
